.. Anasuya Malyavantham is a kuchipudi dancer and an instructor based out of DC Area.
She started learning Kuchipudi at the age of 7 at under Guru Chintha Rama Murthy for 9 years. She later continued at Kuchipudi Art Academy, Chennai under Legend Guru Padmabhushan Vempati Chinna Satyam's daughter in law Vempati Srimayi for 3 years. Currently she is training under Guru Pandit Avijit Das, a renowned Kuchipudi Dancer.
With the desire of spreading the art of Kuchipudi to the world, she has started "Kuchipudi Arangam", with and uncompromising commitementto Quality and Excellence in D.C Area.

The class starts with some warm ups body conditioning exercises that improves on core strength, endurance and agility which is essential for this culturally unique art form.
